Anna Blanco of Venezuela bested other international delegates to be crowned the 3rd Miss Charm International winner. She was crowned by outgoing titleholder Rashmita Rasindran of Malaysia.

Venezuela earned the final spot in the Top 5 by battling it out with the eight remaining semifinalists, who remained on stage, by answering a common question. The first four in the Top 5 were first announced before the judges picked the last finalist after the Q&A round.

Luisa Viktoria Malz of Germany was proclaimed 1st runner-up and Best in Evening Gown, while Rinandra Aprillya Maharina of Indonesia was announced 2nd runner-up.

The two remaining finalists were Francia Cortês Sandoval (Mexico) and Naruemon Phimpakdee (Thailand), who was named Queen of AI.

The other quarterfinalists who made it to the semifinal round (Top 12) were Maria José Chacón Montaño (Colombia), Mehar Dhingra (India, who was named Best in Swimsuit), Maiara Bragaporto (Brazil), Narlin Amaris Ramadhin (Netherlands), Quynh Mai Ngô (Vietnam, who was named Miss Charm Tourism), Estefania Ibarra (Bolivia), and Keylin Slevin (USA), who qualified for an automatic placement in the Top 12 as winner of the People's Choice title.

Miss Charm Philippines 2024 Cyrille Dominguez Payumo made it to the first cut. However, she ended her journey quite early when she failed to make it to the Top 12 round. She was, however, proclaimed Best in National Costume later in the competition.

The other lucky delegates who made it to the Top 20 were Nasia Delis (Australia), Det Sryneat (Cambodia, who was awarded as Miss Socials), Tamara Castro Monge (Costa Rica), Jiaqi Li (China), Gutiera Timotin (Moldova), Nicole Airem (Puerto Rico), Jessrina Kaur (Malaysia), and Cyrille Payumo (Philippines).

The other special award recipients were Lizzy Giannetelli (Italy, named Miss Inspiration), and Julia Luczak (Poland, named Best Face).

The members of the judging panel included Miss Charm International 2023 Luma Russo, Miss Charm International 2024 Rashmita Rasindran, and Miss International 2017 Kevin Liliana, among others.

Based in Vietnam Miss Charm International is a pageant platform that seeks its own cultural ambassador, who will be espousing educational initiatives, culture, and tourism.

Hosted by Dustin Phuc Nguyen and Miss Charm Int'l 2024 1st runner-up Alana Deutsher-Moore, the 3rd Miss Charm International coronation night was beamed live, from the BHD Studio in Ho Chi Minh City, to a global audience, through the Miss Charm International channel on YouTube.
