To drumbeat its room renovations, Crowne Plaza Manila invited members of the media to take part in a whodunit game "Murder in the Hotel," while letting us experience the reasons why discerning business travelers, leisure seekers, as well as families and friends opt to stay therein.

There are 63 suites in its 262 room inventory. And their entry level rooms boast of a 40 square-meter size; the largest in the Ortigas area. Their 1-bedroom suite, which we occupied, was the epitome of relaxation and productivity.

IHG members can enjoy the amenities of the Club Lounge. This is where we met the other members of our group, prior to playing the guessing game. The object of the game was to name the culprit in the shortest time possible.
