 Media organizations lead Best Magazine's Top Asian Brands roster

The GMA Kapuso Foundation, the Freeman Daily, and the Manila Times were all recgnized as Best Asian Brands at the recently-concluded awards ceremony held at the Teatrino in Greenhills,  San Juan.

TV programs Mata ng Agila Weekend and TicTo'Clock were likewise honored with the same accolades. Other outstanding labels included in the list were hotel chain Sogo, skin care brand Alta, wellness hub The Farm at San Benito, and realty company Intele Builders.

"Best Magazine was created to help the less fortunate. This year, our main recipient is a 15-year-old cancer patient who lost her left arm from complications brought about by osteosarcoma," shared publisher R. Ferdinand Hiñola during a delivered message.

Ma. Cecilia Bravo was honored the Rosa Rosal Legacy Award for a second straight year. While the recipients of the Circle of Excellence awards included beauty queen Evangeline Pacual, actor Elizabeth Oropesa, public defender Atty. Persidia Acosta, Dr. Joseph Lee, USec Niña Taduran, entrepreneur Raoul Barbisa, and USec Joee Guilas, among others.

Other award recipients included newscaster Aubrey Carampel,  comedienne Marisa Sanchez, supermodel Kathy Moya, lensman Sany Chua, singer Artem Dasierto, filmmaker Catherine Camarillo, media persons Roldan Castro and John Fontanilla, stylist Noel Flores, performer Seffy Francisco, show host Janina Chan, beauty queens Kelly Day and Daisy Reyes, as well as actors Jak Roberto, Maricar de Mesa, Ashley Rivera, Faith da Silva, Caloy Tingcungco,  Lei Angela, and Iya Mina.

The night's best dressed honors were given to Princess Ryan, Kimson Tan, Anjay Anson, Princess Aliyah, and Marian Dermodo.
