Mansibang Industrial Inc.
Enjoying unprecedented growth despite the pandemic
By Earl D.C. Bracamonte
Despite the global pandemic that has severely affected most business undertakings, small or great, Mansibang Industrial Inc. (MII) seemed to beat the odds to record phenomenal returns in most of its undertakings. "Our products and services include Japanese surplus, trucks, trucking business franchising, agri-conomicals (feeds), rocks and aggregates (including sand) in aid of the government's Build, Build, Build program, loan services, and farm management (FARMO)," shared company CEO Rose Ignacio.
"We also do accounts management for collateralized creditor funding for trucking needs," continued finance manager Aldrey Dinoc, during a Zoom meeting with media persons.
"We are in a hyper growth mode now - that's what we're experiencing at the moment. We have launched our business verticals within a year. We help create the entrepreneurial mind in every Filipino. Part of our income goes to our CSR efforts and community development through organizations.
The Mansibang business group is into trading, manufacturing, servicing, and logistical ventures. MII is geared towards making technology (human + AI + clone) technology available to far-flung areas.
Under its several color-coded initiatives are streamlined concerns. The green campaign focuses on the ozone layer and environmental issues. The white campaign is all about health care while the red campaign is for blood letting and/or donating. The rainbow campaign is realigned towards info for the LGBTQIA health sector. On the other hand, the blue campaign is for its sponsor-a-child program. They have been actively supporting the Asilo de San Vicente in Manila, since March this year.
"Commo Holdings Corp, will do capitalization for starting businesses. There will also be savings, loan, and financing capacity for its subscribers, as well as support for consumers during crisis rehabilitation. We will also organize farmers cooperatives through the Ani at Kita Foundation as well as related entrepreneurial initiatives for farmets.
"My experiences with the grass roots level motivated me to open my business ventures - with the aim to help being my driving force. Brgy. Alang-Alang in Leyte is an example of a community with no basic services to speak of - it was rough living for those who are accustomed to city living. But now, we helped them for the better," shared MII founder and chairman Jerome Mansibang, himself a registered nurse, an accomplished business person, and proud father of seven children.
"My eldest son is a 27-year-old civil engineer. The next one is an 18-year-old who does online tutorials. My 16-year-old is into computers while my 9-year-old son is a gamer with a YouTube channel earning from $ 1,500 upwards every month. I instill in my children that they create value to oneself. I'm training my second son to be part of MII as his forte is on communications.
"My wife has her own water refilling stations and boutique business. When you create a business, the primary consideration is to create a solution. We, at MII, provide back services support.
"You have to be a very good planner and calculate the risks. This is how my nursing training helped me in this undertaking. The critical components of a business include Process (this is what benchmarks success that others will follow), People (skill/knowledge development - finding the best match for certain positions), Technology (we are digitalizing MII and we've gone paperless in doing our transactions), Control (this includes human resource, finance, operations compliance because when these pre-set requirements are resolved, your business will be smooth-sailing.) You need to deploy services in the shortest span of time.
"Aside from your plans, think of exit strategies, too. You need to have options to multiply or re-brand. We have plans to make MII a public company or merge with an international company. That's what we see for our future," revealed Jerome at the close of the virtual colloquy.
MII"s headquarters is located at 19C Burgundy Corporate Tower, 252 Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue in Makati City. For more information, simply visit the company Web site, www.mansibanggroup.co.
