Four more titles - Supranational, Eco International, Charm, and Cosmo - await appointees from the Miss Universe Philippines 2024 remaining Top 10 finalists, after the Miss Universe Philippines 2024 winner has been announced and crowned.
The appointment happened minutes after the culmination of the SM Mall of Asia Arena coronation of Bulacan's Chelsea Manalo, and much quicker than last year - where the appointment happened at Aqua Manila in Okada Hotel.
But, prior to the final show, pageant organizers asked the ladies that should they reach the final round and not win the Universe crown, would they be willing to receive any of the four other titles. Miss Universe Philippines 2024 4th runner-up Christi Lynn McGarry simply aged out of the four titles, while 1st runner-up winner Stacey Daniella Gabriel opted against it.
In a social media post, prior to the final show, The Miss Philippines organization wrote a message regarding the four other titles. It said, "For Miss Supranational, Miss Eco International, Miss Charm, and Miss Cosmo PH, we are appointing the queens this May so they can have ample time to prepare to represent the Philippines. Crowning them next year might be too late.
"For the other titles under EmpirePH, like Miss Asia Pacific International and Miss Aura International, our current titleholders are eagerly looking forward to representing the country on the international stage later this year. Please wish all our queens well. Mabuhay!"
Pageant fans and supporters were happy about this news. With so many qualified aspirants this year, it would be a waste to just let the finalists be mere runners-up to the main crown and have nowhere to compete in after the final show.
The Miss Supranational crown went to Tarah Valencia of Baguio. The Miss Eco International Philippines title went to Alexie Mae Brooks of Iloilo. The Miss Charm Philippines award went to Cyrille Payumo of Pampanga. While the Miss Cosmo Philippines crown went to Ma. Ahtisa Manalo of Quezon Province.
