With the start of the Misa de Gallo, signalling the novena that culminates on Christmas eve, the Yuletide countdown has truly begun.
Dining destination Araneta City has also spruced up each food & beverage destination outlet with holiday offerings for diners to relish. World Kitchens has offered varied dishes for tbe season, such as a platter of Hamonado that's good to share.
Inspired by comfort food around the world, World Kitchens is a one-of-a-kind, first-of-a-kind upscale dining destination created by Singaporean's F&B guru, Andrew Tan Hock Lai, whose acumen spans over four decades of culinary experience.
This sprawling full-table service restaurant offers a variety of international dishes at affordable prizes for both gourmets and gourmands.
Aficionados of Italian cuisine would enjoy Chef Dario Bonnaccurso's pizza options like the best-selling Pizza Bomba, with its heapful toppings of ham, onions, artichokes, salami, and mozzarella cheese.
Those who love fish would enjoy Chef Jessie Sincioco's Chilean sea bass with sweet miso sauce. It is a different approach to the usual grilled preparation that's seasoned only with salt and pepper.
Those craving for dimsum, dumplings, and noodles may also savor Drunken clams drenched in beer and the delectable Iberico char siu at HK Ma's Bistro. Squid lovers can savor Calamari Japanese-style at Unagi Yukimitsu.
Sweet endings and beverages, like fresh pineapple smoothies, are readily available at the Sticky & Sweet kiosk. There's the Ebisu platter and the Kinako warabi with glutinous cuts of morabe mochi coated in sugar.
When fully operational, 15 show kitchens and international outlets specializing in unique cuisines will all be opened.
