With a forthcoming album ("Handa Na") soon to be released, and all the remaining cuts soon to be recorded, pop-rock band Innervoices continues to share their new songs through their string of gigs throughout the metro.

During a recent gig at the Aromata Bar in Quezon City, the band sang their new tunes - "Saksi ang mga Tala," Sayaw sa Ilalim ng Buwan," "Galaw," and "Meant to Be."

The two-set performance included such hits as "I'll Be" (Edwin McCain), "Iris" (Goo Goo Dolls), "Beautiful Girl" (Sean Kingston), "Just the Way You Are" (Bruno Mars), "Always Something There to Remind Me" (Naked Eyes), and "Electric Dreams," (Giorgio Moroder) including a rousing rendition of a Queen .medley to the glee of bar patrons and spectators.

"There's no set formula for a repertoire that works a hundred percent cent. It's more of a gut feel. If a song lineup does not work, we change the songs midstream.

"There are times when we experiment on certain songs and they work and connect with the audience easily. While, in other instances, there are songs that we assume would work but did not elicit the expected reaction," revealed songwriter and band manager Atty. Rey Bergado.

Aside from Quezon City, the band does its regular rounds in Makati City (Hard Rock Café) and Alabang, Muntinlupa (19 East Bar).
