Eton Centris

An integrated master-plan

Elements @ Centris, Quezon City’s newest events venue, finally opened its doors to commerce by hosting events as well as social and business functions. Located inside the sprawling Eton Centris compound, it is touted to be the most exciting events venue to rise in this side of the northern metropolis with its strategic location, complete facilities and modern design.
Being a part of Eton Centris and bounded by major thoroughfares makes Elements @ Centris highly accessible to various transit options from both public and private-owned vehicles, the MRT and pedestrian walkways. The 12-hectare development project is the largest property that’s situated at the gateway of QC’s emerging Triangle Park Central Business District. The massive realty venture is spearheaded by the Lucio Tan Group of Companies.
Elements @ Centris features all the ‘elements’ of what an exciting events venue should be. Almost a thousand parking spaces manned by a 24/7 security service guarantee peace of mind while guests enjoy every moment inside the venue.
Rain or shine, the place is ideal for special affairs like weddings, debuts, birthday parties, baptisms, reunions and other celebrations. Play host to kith & kin in one of the two air-conditioned halls. Each one can accommodate a maximum of 350 covers but can be combined into one big area so one may add twice more guests to their list of attendees.
Brides and debutantes, meanwhile may change and freshen-up in the fully-furnished, air-conditioned suites before they make their entrance to the hall. Catering service areas are likewise strategically assigned within the area to facilitate the smooth ingress and egress of food and drinks. Back-up generators are provided in case of power disruption during the event.
“We have a suite for brides and debutantes to rest and freshen up prior to the start of an affair to afford her a grand entrance. This was a necessity in an events venue that we saw and had to be addressed. There’s a pantry outside the halls where food is cooked fresh and constantly heated. We lease out each hall at P75K for a 5-hour event with a 2-hour allowance for ingress and three hours for egress,” shared Danilo ‘Danny’ Ignacio, president and CEO of Eton Properties.
Aside from personal occasions, Elements @ Centris caters to corporate functions such as product launches, business conferences and team buildings. It is also a great place to hold bazaars, concerts and shows.
For those who want to book their events, Elements @ Centris offers extensive choices of specialists who can help make events truly memorable. Those on the accredited roster includes prestigious and respected caterers, photographers, event planners/organizers, florists, logistics suppliers and other important providers.
Apart from its venue facilities, fully-integrated Eton Centris is also home to BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) buildings, a food and commercial strip and a two-level transit-oriented mall. Envisioned to be a one-stop convergence point among urban dwellers, this township development is set on an extensive prime property in Central QC.
As of press-time, some of its components are in the final stages of completion and are expected to be fully operational early this year. The spanking new Two CyberpodCentris edifice was completed last month. Office spaces in the said building have been fully leased out to some of the most successful BPO companies in the country, giving rise to employment opportunities and a vibrant economy. Plans are underway for the construction of the forthcoming project, Three CyperpodCentris.
“All these are part of our total township project. We started with retail, then we expanded with the BPO officesand soon we will launch our second building that’s already fully leased this early. Thereafter, we would start our residential condo projects.
“If you book a function in Quezon City, you’ll realize that you have to enter interior roads and lanes. Plus, it takes at least a year to book in popular venues,” Danny elucidated.
Centris Walk, on the other hand, the lifestyle & food strip of Eton Centris, provides guests with a diverse selection of themed and casual dining restaurants like Claw Daddy, Asya, Pho Hoa, Zong, My Thai, Pancake House, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, TuttiFrutti, Yang Chow Dimsum& Tea House, and Jack’s Loft. Its continuous expansion saw the addition of new outlets such as Tong Yang and Choi Garden; the latter to be operational by last quarter of this year.
You can also find at Centris Walk QC’s longest-running weekend market Sidcor that’s open on Sundays from sunrise until mid-afternoon. The Food Bowl Night Market, meanwhile, is held every Fridays and Saturdays beginning 4pm ‘til midnight and on Sundays from 6am to 2pm. Kids will also have a great time at the Lazer Maxx, the only three-level Laser Tag Arena in the country. At night, Centris Walk basks in the glow of the ‘constellations,’ these are lighted, colored pods that provide the ideal backdrop for a leisurely stroll.
Another component of Eton Centris is the Centris station which is anchored by SM Hypermart and hosts specialty stores and service-oriented shops. Finally, Eton Centris will soon launch its residential condominiums that offer spacious living quarters in the city with easy access to places of work, school, health-care and entertainment.
“These living spaces are targeted for the middle income earners with each unit selling at 12M and monthly amortizations of 12K/month. Our master plan foresees seven office buildings with 4 of them completed by the end of 2012. The first tower will have 23 storeys while the second tower will have 31 storeys; each with 25 units per floor. Target date of completion is within 3 years from construction,” Danny added.
Integrating world-class business, residential, retail and recreational components in one choice setting, Eton Centris has become an exciting mix-use complex that epitomizes the vibrant work-play-live concept. It stands at the intersection of EDSA and Quezon Avenue: two major transportation arteries connecting the metropolis. And with a direct connection to the MRT, the key CBDs of Makati and Ortigas are just a few stopovers away.
This mixed-use and self-contained real estate development is poised to change the landscape of Quezon City with its world-class and innovative retail and leisure destinations, office buildings and residential towers suited for the lifestyle of today’s modern, upwardly mobile professionals and families.
