Spearheading soccer-fest in Sucat

Tribeca Private Residences, Landco Pacific Corp.’s latest urban development, partnered with Chelsea FC Soccer School Philippines, the school ran by football superstars Phil & James Younghusband, in holding the first football festival in Sucat. The weekend event, simply dubbed “Tribeca Invitational Football Festival,” featured some 500 soccer aficionados inside the complex’s sprawling 7-Aside football field.
“Our soccer school is grateful to Landco Pacific Corp. for providing football players in the southern metro a safe and friendly environment where they can hone their technical skills and sportsmanship. Anywhere in the Philippines, there’s a dearth of football fields where both athletes and aficionados can train or simply play ball,” intoned Phil, during a break in the playoffs.
Tribeca Private Residences is a 9.7-hectare resort-inspired residential condominium complex located in Sucat, Muntinlupa that combines modern condominium towers with lots of open green spaces; including a 3-hectare central park where the football field is, as well as a 1,800 sq.-m aqua park for water sports and fun. The property’s newest addition is the Hudson Tower 1, the fifth edifice in the master-planned development. Construction is now in full swing and, upon completion, will be offering 407 residential units.
