 Binibining Pilipinas Globe 2025 prepares for Albania finals

The Binibining Pilipinas Charities Inc. (BPCI) organized a send-off soiree for Binibining Pilipinas Globe 2025 Annabelle Mae McDonnell at the World Kitchens in Araneta City. Annabelle is scheduled to fly to Albania on Sept. 30, in time for the two-week pre-pageant activities of the Miss Globe 2025 competition.

"Always remember that the BPCI family is behind you, cheering for you. Wishing you all the best and success! Good luck and we are so proud of you," enthused Ms. Irene Jose, BPCI ExeComm member, who spoke in behalf of chairman, Madame Stella Marquez de Araneta.

The Iligan-based beauty queen serves as a role model in resilience and determination. She was born in the United Kingdom but was raised by her Tito Tata in Lanao del Norte. She began working at a young age by balancing modeling and hosting, as well as other endeavors, to support her loved ones. 

A self-made woman and certified "raketera," Annabelle was a working student while also being a full academic scholar and a feature writer for her university publication. She graduated with the degree of Consular and Diplomatic Affairs from De La Salle College of Saint Benilde.

Annabelle is a staunch advocate for children's rights and welfare. She is a volunteer for Save the Children Philippines, which focuses on empowering children to reach their full potential through education and support. Her passion and commitment reflect her desire to uplift others and create lasting change.

"Embrace the moment. Make new friends. We can't wait for you to do your thing on the global stage," cheered BBP ExeComm member Pia Roxas Ojeda.

The Philippines has won the Miss Globe crown in 2015 (Anne Colis) and 2021 (Maureen Montagne). Annabelle is aiming for the country's third win.

The 2025 Miss Globe coronation night will unfold on October 15 (Oct 16, Manila time) in the city of Tirana and will be beamed live through the Miss Globe channel on YouTube.
