Experience the best Korean flavors and trends in a mall-mounted festival

The Landers membership shopping outlets, in collaboration with the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in the Philippines, formally opened the Korea Festival 2025 at the Landers Superstore in Arca South, Taguig City.

The mid-morning ribbon cutting ceremony was graced by His Excellency Sang-Hwa Lee, Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to the Philippines, together with actors Jameson Blake and Empress Schuck, as well as Sujeong Lee, director of KOTRA Manila Trade Center and his deputy Yunhwan Kim, and commercial attache Taehyung Kim.

For years now, Korean culture has crept into the Pinoy consciousness, especially with the millennials and Gen Z crowd devouring Korean food, beauty products, Koreanovelas, and K-Pop music.

"Korean culture aficionados will relish over 700 Korean products on display in our stores. There are snacks, frozen goods, kimchi, cleaning products, beauty masks, and soy bean calcium drinks among many others.

"Members enjoyed a 50% markdown at the Produce Section during opening day. They will be receiving notifications of other discounts and markdowns to come," informed Bill Cummings, deputy CEO of Landers Superstore in his speech.

Some of the great finds in the kiosks and merchant booths include Oppa apple soju, Dong Won luncheon meat, Farm's yogurt, Haitai cookie treats, BTS hot brew red latte, and Toowomba chili paste, among hundreds of others. Shoppers will have a field day!
